FRANCHISE TO FRANCHISE TRANSFERS

FOR A LIMITED TIME, TRANSFERS TO AND FROM MILAN, OHIO AND WILLOUGHBY OHIO LOCATIONS WILL BE FREE FOR A LIMITED TIME!

Transfer Notes:

• $5 per item, with a maximum of $100 per pallet.
• For extra-large items (e.g., riding lawnmowers, bathtubs, snow blowers, etc.), a custom transfer fee of $75-$150 will apply, depending on the size and nature of the item.
• Custom transfers will be calculated based on the specific order. For example, if a customer buys a pergola, riding lawnmower, outdoor playground, and a large one-piece shower, the transfer fee will be tailored to the customer’s specific items.

Transfer Locations:

• Transfers are currently available between Milan, Ohio and New Middletown, Willoughby locations. More locations will be added in the future.
• You can still choose to have your items individually shipped from any location if preferred.

Storage & Shipping:

• We will collect your items over multiple auctions, and no storage fees will be charged while you build up a pallet. Feel free to save up items and ship them all at once.
• Transfers occur approximately every 3-4 weeks, or when the truck fills up.
• Transfer fees will be charged separately from your auction purchases and must be paid before receiving your items at the transfer location. This ensures a smooth process.
• Important: After winning an auction, let us know if you want to add the items to your transfer list or pallet.

Transfer Fee Examples:

1. Example 1:

   • Customer buys 10 items in Auction 1, 10 items in Auction 4, and 90 items in Auction 8.
   • All 110 items fit on one pallet, so the customer only pays $100 for the transfer.

2. Example 2:

   • Customer buys 10 items in Auction 1, 20 items in Auction 3, and 20 items in Auction 10.
   • The 50 items are large and require two pallets, so the customer pays $200 for transfer fees.
