After The Auction Ends

After all items at the locations auction have been closed and completed entirely, each wining bidder will get an automatically generated invoice from our server. This will include your winnings total, fifteen(15) percent buyers premium and sales tax ( if applicable) all included as the final invoice cost. The will be accessible via your Online Account under the " Invoices" tab.  This invoice will give you details on the items you have purchased along with important information regarding the pickup time and location. ALL INVOICES must be paid within 24hrs of the aucition ending and picked up during the date/time given by your location.

Accepted payment forms are shown in the auction terms and may vary per location.

If you are tax exempt, you must email a copy of your state's tax exemption form to the location prior to the auction beginning stating the reason of your exemption. You must include your bidder number in that email. Forms without all the requires information will not be accepted. If your form is received after the auction, the division may chose to not accept your exemption by law. You will have to apply to the state for a refund. If you have any questions please reach out directly to your local divsion.

If you need to set up shipping, please refer to the local division shipping policy and auction terms. If an auction is based on-site, each division will have employees who will be able to assist you in the loading of your items. If an auction is based off-site, you will be responsible for any dismantling and hauling away of purchases; so, make sure to bring your own help and your own tools. Additonal services may be available in removing your winings for you and transporting them to your local division but charges will apply. Please contact your division if those off-site services are needed before bidding.

After the scheduled pickup day, items will be considered abandoned, and you will be charged a removal fee to dispose of your items if we have not heard from you on pickup day.
